As a recently launched six month old food tech startup / small business, we were just starting to find our way when COVID-19 stuck.  What is happening during this pandemic is devastating, beyond what words can describe.  Many of our favorite restaurants and small businesses are either temporarily or permanently closed.  Many people are suddenly without a job, and have no idea when they may receive their next paycheck.

We want to help those impacted, however we can, even in the smallest of measures, so we're announcing a few initiatives with that in mind...

Free Meal on The House

If you've been negatively impacted by COVID-19 in some way, experienced reduced hours, suffered a job loss, or are a healthcare professional or first responder, have a free meal on us!  Every Thursday during April, we will make our most popular dish, our Chicken Chop Chop, free for the first ten customers via a promo code that will be distributed through our social media, for pick up on Sunday.  Limit one per order, limit one per customer.  No gimmicks, just good food for free.  

50% Off Sale

Every week, we will select a few of our family's menu favorites that will be on sale for 50% off.

Donating April's Profits

For the month of April, we will be donating 100% of our profits (sales minus food costs, delivery costs and operating expenses) to HELPING OUR HEALTHCARE HEROES, a GoFundMe campaign that was started by a friend to secure and donate N95 masks to healthcare professionals in New York and New Jersey.

Small Businesses

We will start featuring our favorite small businesses and restaurants every Saturday for Small Business Saturday in our social media.  SMB's need our support and patronship more than ever and with this, we hope to shine a light on our favorites.

Lastly we have a few general updates...

We have moved our commercial kitchen from our previous location at Crafted and are partnering with Barcito in Downtown LA.

We have added a few new items to our menu, including Pancake Muffins, Bean and Kale Salad, Ham and Cheese Wrap, Salmon Bowl with Farro, Linguine with Italian Sausage.

We are still making deliveries, although to best protect your family and ours, we are doing contactless deliveries only.

We're all in this together and we hope these small initiatives will help.
