Our take on the classic Parisian dish. Flat iron steak with a blue cheese butter served with garlic roasted potatoes. Steak is cooked rare to medium rare.

Reheating Instructions
Microwave: Remove lid, condiments and sauce container. Reheat steak in container at a low setting for about 40 seconds or until hot. Reheat potatoes separately at a low setting for about 1 minute or until hot. Based on a standard, 1100 watt microwave. Use caution as it is hot.
Oven: Preheat oven to 200°F degrees. Remove lid, condiments and sauce container. Place rice and chicken in container on an oven safe sheet pan. Reheat at 200°F degrees for about 10 minutes or until hot. Reheat potatoes separately at aat 200°F degrees for about 12 minutes or until hot. Use caution as it is hot.
