One of our co-founders' favorite burgers! Cheddar, bacon stuffed burger seasoned to perfection and grilled medium rare, topped with grilled mushrooms and onions, lettuce, tomato served on a brioche bun with homemade burger sauce. You've never met a burger this good. Served with homemade chips.
Ingredients
Burger: Marin Sun Farms Ground Beef, Cheddar Cheese, Bacon, Mushrooms, Paprika, Egg, Chives, Parsley, Dill, Powder Buttermilk, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder
Burger Sauce: Homemade Ketchup, Homemade Mayonnaise (Vegetable Oil, Mustard, Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Egg Yolk, Sugar, Water, Pepper, Salt), Sweet Relish

Reheating Instructions
Microwave: Remove lid, condiments, sauce container, and chips. Reheat burger, mushrooms, onions and chips in container at a low setting for about 40 seconds or until hot. Toast bread separately. Based on a standard, 1100 watt microwave. Use caution as it is hot.
Oven: Preheat oven to 200°F degrees. Remove lid, condiments, sauce container, and chips. Place burger, mushrooms, onions and chips in container on an oven safe sheet pan. Reheat at 200°F degrees for about 10 minutes or until hot. Use caution as it is hot.
The sauce, lettuce and tomatoes do not require reheating.
